Organizational Information

Attendance conditions:

Conference attendance requires registration via the registration form.
Number of places is limited. The organizer reserves the right to decline registrations.

Attendance at the online event on May 20–22 is free of charge.

In-person attendance on May 20, 2026 is paid and costs PLN 500 + 23% VAT, PLN 615 in total. Payment will be processed after a registration is confirmed. An invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment. Available payment methods – credit card or online transfer via PayU, a bank wire transfer. If a bank wire transfer is selected, payment details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

The online conference on May 20, 21 and 22 takes place on the Zoom platform. A personalized meeting link will be sent to the email address provided during registration, one hour before the event.

The in-person conference on May 20 will be held at Crowne Plaza Warsaw - The HUB, Rondo Daszyńskiego 2, Warsaw.

How to get there:

We encourage the use of public transportation.

  • Subway: The hotel is located directly next to the Subway Line 2 station – Rondo Daszyńskiego
  • Streetcar: Line 1 – a direct connection to the Warsaw Gdańsk Railway Station
    Line 22 – a direct connection to the Warsaw East Railway Station
    Lines 10, 11 – a direct connection to the Warsaw Central Railway Station
  • Bus: Line 178 – a direct connection to the Warsaw West Railway Station

  2. Payment information is available on the hotel website.
  3. The organizer does not guarantee parking availability.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Online registration can be cancelled at any time
  • For an in-person registration without a registration code, a cancellation with a full refund is available until May 15, 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
  • For an in-person registration with a registration code, a cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Ticket transfer to another person is also available. To do so, please send a request to bimdays@communication.pl no later than Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
